Summary

This study tests whether linaclotide, a drug for constipation, can help people with type 2 diabetes who also have chronic constipation. About 23 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for two weeks, then switch after a break. The goal is to see if the drug increases the number of bowel movements compared to placebo.
