Summary

This study tests a free app called LightBEAM that offers videos, forums, and exercises to help parents manage stress, anxiety, and depression. About 300 Canadian parents of children aged 18 months to 9 years will use the app for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the app improves parents' mental health and family relationships, especially for those who cannot easily access in-person support.
