Summary
This study tested whether light-up shoes that flash when you step can improve balance and walking in older adults. 52 people over age 65 tried walking barefoot, in regular shoes, and in light-up shoes. Researchers measured balance and fall risk to see if the visual cue from the lights made a difference.
