Summary

This study will test light therapy in 173 adults with moderate to severe depression, including those with bipolar disorder. The goal is to find biological and sleep-related markers that predict who will respond best to light therapy. Participants will receive light therapy for 5 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in depression scores and other health indicators.
