Can the right light fix a bad Night's sleep?
NCT ID NCT07471126
Summary
This study aims to understand how irregular, poor sleep harms brain function and thinking skills. Researchers will test if special, 'sleep-informed' lighting can help keep the body's internal clock on track and reduce brain stress during a week of controlled sleep deprivation. They will enroll 40 healthy young adults to measure changes in their sleep patterns, mental performance, and brain chemistry.
