Summary
This study looks at how irregular sleep and certain types of lighting can throw off your internal body clock and affect your thinking and brain health. Researchers will monitor 40 healthy adults aged 18-40 to measure changes in sleep patterns, mental performance, and brain chemistry. The goal is to understand these connections and find ways to protect the brain from the effects of poor sleep.
