Summary

This study tests three simple ways to reduce evening light exposure in children ages 5-6 who have trouble falling asleep. Over 5 weeks, kids will either use special glasses or adjusted home lighting. Researchers will check if these changes help kids fall asleep faster and improve their internal body clock.
