Summary
This study looks at whether reducing evening light exposure helps young children (ages 5-6) who have trouble falling asleep. Researchers will test three methods: adjusting home lighting, wearing amber-tinted glasses, or wearing clear glasses. The goal is to see if these strategies improve sleep and reset the body's internal clock.
