Summary
This 12-week home-based study tested whether using a Fitbit activity tracker and health coaching can help older cancer survivors become more active and improve their physical function. 64 participants who had finished cancer treatment took part. The goal was to see if this simple, no-travel approach is feasible and helps people move better in daily life.
