Can a fitbit and a coach help cancer survivors move more?

NCT ID NCT05582889

Summary

This study tested a 12-week home program to see if using a Fitbit activity tracker and getting health coaching could help older cancer survivors become more active in their daily lives. The goal was to see if this approach was practical and acceptable, and if it could improve physical function, strength, and balance. Researchers enrolled 64 participants who had finished their main cancer treatment but still experienced some physical limitations.
