Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-month personalized lifestyle program can improve quality of life for people with Parkinson's disease. Participants are randomly assigned to either work on lifestyle goals independently or with guidance from a coach, focusing on stress, exercise, nutrition, sleep, and self-management. The main goal is to see if the coached program leads to better quality of life compared to standard care and self-guided work.
