Moving with purpose: new study tests diet and exercise for blood cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether people with myeloproliferative neoplasms (a type of blood disorder) can stick with a 12-week program that teaches healthier eating and more physical activity. About 30 adults will take part. The main goal is to see if at least 70% of participants can complete 9 weeks of the program, which could help ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
