Summary

This study tests whether a community-based lifestyle program can help adults with or at risk for high blood pressure lower their numbers. Participants receive coaching on diet, exercise, and self-management from experts. The program is added to usual medical care, and blood pressure is checked at 3, 6, and 12 months.
