Summary

This study tests whether a community-based lifestyle program can help adults with or at risk for high blood pressure lower their numbers. Participants get coaching on diet, exercise, sleep, and self-management from experts. The program is meant to work alongside regular medication, not replace it. Researchers will check blood pressure changes at 3, 6, and 12 months.
