Summary
This study tests a mobile program to help women with breast cancer eat healthier, exercise more, and manage stress. About 30 women who have had chemotherapy and surgery will receive coaching on diet, physical activity, mindfulness, and sleep. The goal is to see if the program is practical and improves quality of life.
