Summary
This study is testing a lifestyle physical activity program to help pregnant women reduce or stop using cannabis. About 50 women who are 12-25 weeks pregnant and use cannabis at least once a week will take part. The program focuses on increasing daily steps and activity, and researchers will track cannabis use through interviews, questionnaires, and urine tests.
