Summary
This study looked at whether lifestyle changes like diet and exercise can help people with prediabetes avoid developing type 2 diabetes. 124 adults at high risk for diabetes were given a risk questionnaire and blood tests to track their progress. The goal was to see if a structured program could reduce their risk and improve their health.
