First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether a program of nutrition, physical activity, and mindfulness can help women with twin pregnancies carry their babies longer, reducing the risk of preterm birth. About 81 women with dichorionic twins will be enrolled before 14 weeks of pregnancy. The goal is to see if the intervention can extend pregnancy by at least one week and improve outcomes for both mother and babies.
