Summary

This study tests whether giving personalized diet and lifestyle advice to people at high risk for colorectal cancer helps them adopt healthier habits. About 800 participants will be followed for a year to see if they improve their diet, exercise, and other behaviors linked to cancer prevention. The goal is to reduce cancer risk through simple, evidence-based lifestyle changes.
