New screening tool aims to improve life after cancer

Summary
This study tested a new questionnaire called Life S-Can that helps doctors quickly check cancer survivors' diet, exercise, sleep, and emotional health. About 100 cancer survivors took part to see if the tool works well and can guide personalized advice. The goal is to improve quality of life by addressing needs that are often missed in standard follow-up care.
