Summary

This study tests whether a drug called levosimendan, usually used for heart failure, can help prevent dangerous brain spasms and delayed damage after a type of bleeding stroke (aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage). About 30 adults in intensive care will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if it reduces complications like delayed brain injury or death within 14 days.
