Summary

This study tested two antibiotics, levofloxacin and ciprofloxacin, in 360 children aged 1-12 with typhoid fever. Children were randomly assigned to receive one of the two drugs, and doctors measured how quickly their fever went away. The goal was to see which antibiotic worked faster and more effectively.
