Summary
This study looks at whether a supplement called Levagen+® (made from palmitoylethanolamide, or PEA) can help trained cyclists recover better after a week of very hard training. Twenty healthy cyclists aged 18-50 will take the supplement for 45 days. Researchers will measure their performance, muscle soreness, sleep, mood, and blood markers of inflammation and stress.
