NCT ID NCT03132454
Summary
This early-phase study is testing the safety and best doses of a drug called palbociclib, given alone and in combination with other medications, for adults with acute leukemia that has returned or not responded to previous treatments. The main goal is to find the highest dose patients can tolerate without severe side effects. Researchers will also look for early signs that these drug combinations might help control the leukemia.
