Summary
This study tests whether a liquid form of leucovorin calcium can improve language and reduce core autism symptoms in young children. Researchers will enroll 80 children aged 2.5 to 5 years with autism and language delays. The study lasts about 26 weeks and measures changes in expressive and receptive language abilities.
