Summary

This study tests whether a liquid form of leucovorin calcium can improve language and reduce core autism symptoms in young children. Researchers will enroll 80 children aged 2.5 to 5 years with autism and language delays. The treatment lasts about 26 weeks, and the main goal is to measure changes in expressive language ability.
