First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a diet low in leucine (an amino acid) is safe and can make chemotherapy and immunotherapy work better for people with stomach cancer. About 108 adults with locally advanced stomach cancer will follow this diet alongside their standard treatment. The goal is to see if the diet helps shrink tumors and improve survival.
