Summary
This study looks at whether a diet low in leucine (an amino acid) is safe and can make standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy work better for people with stomach cancer. About 108 adults with locally advanced stomach cancer will follow this special diet alongside their treatment. The goal is to see if the diet helps shrink tumors and improve survival.
