This study looks at how much leucine, a key protein building block, healthy pregnant women need during early and late pregnancy. About 40 women will eat special meals and give breath, urine, and blood samples so researchers can track how their bodies use leucine. The goal is to improve nutrition advice for pregnant women to support both mom and baby.
