NCT ID NCT07448272
Summary
This study aims to find the better dosing schedule of the drug letrozole to help women with PCOS ovulate and improve their chances of pregnancy. It will compare taking a lower dose (5 mg) for 10 days against a higher dose (10 mg) for 5 days. Researchers will monitor 80 participants over three months to see which schedule leads to better ovulation rates and pregnancy outcomes with fewer side effects.
