Summary

This study tests a less invasive surgery for people with early stomach cancer whose initial tumor removal was incomplete. About 10 participants will receive a dye-guided procedure to remove nearby lymph nodes, with or without removing a small part of the stomach. The goal is to see if this gentler approach is safe and still controls the cancer.
