Summary
This study is testing the safety of a supplement made from broken-down lentil protein in healthy men and women. Researchers want to see if taking it for four weeks might help control blood pressure, improve blood vessel function, and boost exercise performance. Participants will wear a fitness tracker and have their health closely monitored throughout the trial.
