First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study is for people with primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma who have finished initial treatment but cannot have a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if a maintenance therapy with two drugs, lenalidomide and rituximab, can keep the cancer from coming back and improve survival. About 30 participants will take these drugs for up to two years, and researchers will track how long they live without the disease progressing.
