Summary
This study tested if playing with LEGOs in a group setting can improve social skills in teens aged 10-14 with high-functioning autism. Fifty participants either attended weekly 90-minute LEGO therapy sessions for 3 months or continued their usual care. Researchers measured changes in social communication and behavior using parent and child questionnaires.
