First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether a 12-week Lego robot programming class could improve thinking and memory in healthy adults aged 65 and older. Participants learned to code robots, which exercises the brain's problem-solving areas. Researchers measured changes in brain scans and memory tests before and after the program. The goal was to see if this fun activity can help older adults maintain cognitive health.
