Summary

This study tests if leg exercise (like pedaling) is better than arm exercise for controlling blood sugar, weight, and stress in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. 108 women in their second trimester will exercise three times a week for eight weeks. The goal is to find a safe, effective way to manage diabetes during pregnancy.
