Summary
This study tests whether leg cycling or arm cycling is better for managing blood sugar, weight, and stress in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. 108 women in their second trimester will exercise three times a week for eight weeks. The goal is to find a safe, effective exercise routine to improve health during pregnancy.
