Summary
This study aimed to understand how compression bandages affect oxygen levels in hard-to-heal leg ulcers. Researchers measured oxygen in the skin of 38 adult patients with these wounds during two separate appointments. The goal was to gather information to help doctors decide the best way to manage these painful and costly ulcers.
