Could your genes predict your arthritis Drug's success?
NCT ID NCT07388407
Summary
This study aims to understand how a person's genes might influence how well they respond to the rheumatoid arthritis drug leflunomide and whether they experience side effects. Researchers will follow 110 Pakistani patients taking the drug for six months, tracking their symptoms and side effects while analyzing their DNA. The goal is to find genetic markers that could help doctors predict which patients will benefit most from this treatment.
