NCT ID NCT07388407
Summary
This study aims to understand how a person's genes affect their response to the rheumatoid arthritis drug leflunomide. Researchers will follow 110 Pakistani patients taking the drug, checking their disease activity and side effects over six months. They will compare this information with the patients' genetic data to see if specific gene patterns can predict who will benefit from the drug or experience side effects.
