Summary
This study tested a special LED lamp to treat painful mouth sores caused by radiation therapy in 28 people with head and neck cancer. The goal was to see if the light could stop sores from becoming severe enough to need a feeding tube. Researchers checked the sores weekly and measured pain levels.
