Summary

This study watches 5,000 people with early Alzheimer's who are taking lecanemab in regular medical care. The goal is to learn about brain changes called ARIA that can happen with this drug, and how doctors manage treatment when these changes occur. No new treatments are being tested; instead, researchers are collecting safety information from real-world use.
