Summary
This study looks at how doctors in training learn to perform a specific colon procedure called colorectal EMR. Researchers will use a standard checklist to track skill development and find out when trainees become competent. The goal is to improve training programs and ensure patient safety. About 42 trainees and their patients will take part.
