New tool tracks how doctors master colon procedure

Summary

This study looks at how doctors in training learn a specific colon procedure called colorectal endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR). Researchers will use a standard checklist to measure skills and see how many procedures are needed to become competent. The goal is to improve training programs for future doctors. About 42 trainees and their patients will take part.
