New drug combo aims to control ER-Positive breast cancer

Summary
This study tests a drug called ribociclib combined with standard hormone therapy for people with ER-positive breast cancer. The goal is to see if the combination can clear tumor DNA from the blood and help control the disease. About 120 postmenopausal women with early-stage cancer will take part. The treatment is meant to manage the cancer long-term, not cure it.
