NCT ID NCT07224009

Summary

This study aims to see if a very small daily dose of naltrexone (LDN) can safely reduce severe tiredness in men with prostate cancer who are receiving hormone therapy. Researchers will enroll 60 men who are experiencing significant fatigue from their treatment. The main goal is to measure if LDN improves energy levels and quality of life compared to current standard care.
