Summary

This study aims to see if a small daily dose of a medication called naltrexone (LDN) can safely help reduce severe tiredness (fatigue) in men with prostate cancer who are receiving hormone therapy. It will involve 60 men who report significant fatigue. Researchers will measure changes in energy levels, quality of life, and check for any side effects.
