New cell therapy takes on Hard-to-Treat multiple myeloma

Summary

This study is testing an experimental cell therapy called LCAR-F33S in 35 adults with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see how well the therapy works against the cancer. Participants will receive a one-time infusion of their own modified immune cells.
