Summary
This study tests whether two existing medications (upadacitinib and pirfenidone) can improve Long Covid symptoms like fatigue, breathing trouble, brain fog, muscle pain, and circulation issues. About 348 adults from six countries who have had Long Covid for at least three months will take one of the drugs or a placebo for three months. The goal is to see if these drugs reduce symptom burden and are safe, with the option to adjust the trial based on early results.
