First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests two existing medications (upadacitinib and pirfenidone) to see if they can reduce Long COVID symptoms like fatigue, breathing trouble, brain fog, and pain. About 348 adults from six countries who have had COVID-19 and symptoms for at least three months will take a drug or a placebo for three months. The goal is to find a safe, effective treatment to improve daily life.
